Kevin Turner
Senior Consultant
Given his busy lifestyle, one has to wonder just how the heck Kevin manages to keep from going loopy, but the fact is he is always calm and collected with a big smile on his face. He is a seasoned professional who has enjoyed working for various companies as both an FTE and a consultant. He is a strong project manager with technical expertise and a history of leading strategic, worldwide projects.
Kevin’s roots run deep in the greater Seattle area. His parents moved here from the South during the Depression and built successful careers at the Boeing Company and the University of Washington while raising a family on Beacon Hill. He was educated at Franklin High School and the University of Washington but then headed for the State University of New York to get a Master’s Degree in Public Policy. Did we mention that Kevin is also very actively involved in our community?
Yes, on top of a busy career he is presently a Bellevue Planning Commissioner, contributes as President of a state non-profit for the benefit of families, and still finds time to coach his son’s athletic teams. Oh, and if that isn’t enough he is still actively competing in track and field and spending quality time with his lovely wife! We are definitely proud to have Kevin in our Caiman family and assure you that you’ll benefit from putting his energy to good use. Please.

Kimberly Stockdaile Morton
Senior Consultant
Kimberly is relatively new to Caiman but she certainly fits right in because she can do some pretty cool tricks (more on that in the next paragraph). She is a seasoned professional with over sixteen years of experience in building customer, partner, and business relationships. Her proven capabilities encompass business development, account and project management, and channel sales with a track record of exceeding her commitments and revenue targets. She has worked with several Fortune 500 companies and consistently delivers high quality experiences through a personable, down-to-earth approach combined with a high sense of urgency and integrity in delivering value.
Kim and her husband, also a technology industry professional, lead an active lifestyle and have their hands joyfully full with their children. She can also pretty much tie herself in a knot and be at peace with the universe…at the same time! That’s right, in her personal time she enjoys finding her edge with Vinyasa Power Yoga, establishing balance through meditation, and enjoying the aerial arts. If that isn’t enough she is also fond of dirt biking and international travel. She is also a certified Yoga teacher and an initiated breath work healer. You may find her passion for her multitude of interests to be contagious but we advise that you see a doctor before trying to keep up with her on the yoga mat.

Mark Churchill
Senior Consultant
Mark has proven experience delivering training and readiness programs, tool deployment, marketing, and operational results. With years of experience working as a marketing specialist, readiness lead, and project manager, Mark brings an array of organizational and operational skills that will benefit any team. That is all well and good, of course, but Mark has a great ability to fit in with our clients and generate a real sense of team and shared accountability.
Yes, Mark is a rock star in the office but, truth be told, he is happiest when he’s outdoors. Paddle-boarding and skiing are two of his passions and we have evidence that he is a big fan of swimming with large ocean-going reptiles…from a respectful distance, of course. Mark’s experience has taken him around the world, which is exactly what he had hoped to do when earning his Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Puget Sound. We have no idea what he’s doing with his minor in French but we have to admit he does have a certain je ne sais quoi. We think you’ll agree.

Matthew Smith
Senior Consultant
Matt has several years of global product, project, and business consulting experience with Fortune 100 customers. Some say he has a rather zany personality but make no mistake: he is a seasoned consultant and project leader who understands complex business problems, systems, and teams. He is passionate about applying the concepts of User Experience to not only products or solutions, but all engagements he works on, and he typically comes into roles with unique systems and technical challenges with a narrow window to master each in order to achieve program success.
As you might tell from his photos, Matt loves motorcycles (new and vintage) and aspires to ride from Seattle to Buenos Ares before too long. He also runs the occasional marathon, enjoys international travel, and dangles from a trapeze at dizzying heights…for fun! When recovering from rope burn he loves nothing more than spending quality time with his family and friends. Matt was raised in the Northwest, and even though he’s been all over our country he still feels most connected to the city of Seattle.

Raazi Imam
Managing Director
Raazi Imam is the Caiman CEO, Managing Director, and co-founder - but we just like to call him “the over-achiever” (just not when he’s around). He is responsible for managing the consulting business, the consultants, strategy, and overseeing Caiman’s key clients to assure the quality and excellence of Caiman’s projects. He also develops Caiman’s partnerships with other companies and oversees business development for Caiman’s clients in the private and public sector. An experienced consultant himself, Raazi has worked with various clients including Microsoft, AT&T, Chevron Texaco, and Electronic Arts - working on key business initiatives, tools and systems development, and deployment across both domestic and international organizations.
Raazi is a good person to have in your corner. He’s active in the community and won the prestigious Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 2010. He also serves on the board of directors of both Friends of the Children and the Seattle chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization. Through these organizations, his experience in areas like Strategic Planning, Fund Development and Mentorship has brought a lot of value to Caiman and Caiman’s clients in various ways. As an active investor in startups, Raazi also supports the UW School of Entrepreneurship and local entrepreneurs in various capacities. When he’s not spending time in the community, Raazi is passionate about cars…the faster, the better. Some of us can’t help but wonder why he doesn’t wear driving gloves and a racing helmet but it could be because, for all his love of automotive madness, he’s a down-to-earth guy who loves his wife even more. The two of them enjoy quick trips to sandy beaches, watching documentaries, and spending quality time right in their own neighborhood.

Greg Long
Founder and Director
Greg is one of the co-founders of Caiman and our CFO, but he prefers the modest title of “Director”. He has nine years of consulting experience with both Fortune 100 clients and startups in Washington and California including Microsoft, Boeing, Intuit, Southern California Edison, and the University of Southern California. His primary areas of expertise include business analysis, product management, and program management. Greg had a conviction that top-notch consulting could be delivered with excellence and a more personal touch to both our clients and our consultants, which is what motivated him to start Caiman Consulting. This personal commitment to the client’s success remains the hallmark of Caiman Consulting and continues to be an inspiring vision for those who work here.
In addition to running Caiman, Greg is passionate about his alma mater, the University of Southern California. He is an active member of Marshall Partners, which is affiliated with the USC business school. He attends more Trojan football and basketball games than is strictly healthy (at least some of his colleagues who did not attend that fine institution think so) and we tend to feel relieved when he pursues his other great passion, golf. Word to the wise, do not bet with Greg on the golf course.

Meg Clara
Director of HR & Recruiting
Meg is the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting for Caiman Consulting and has been with us for nearly five years. In fact, she has recruited most of the current Caiman Consulting Team, so if you want to see if you’re right for us, start with her! Meg is a devoted professional but, as noted by one of Caiman’s leaders, “her general awesomeness, a very cheery disposition, and timely sage advice makes her a critical player on the Caiman Team.”
Meg is an amateur wildlife photographer, having traveled widely and photographed many things she loves. Some folks prefer to get their wildlife fix at the zoo, but not Meg! She actually gets out into the wilderness to get that great shot of North American and Arctic mammals, including Great Alaskan Brown Bears and cubs, Arctic wolves and pups, Musk-ox families, wild mountain sheep and goats, coyotes, foxes, and Caribou herds in migration. She also collects American Western and Northwestern art as well as paintings, sculpture, masks, and artifacts from the First People of the Pacific Northwest. She has an amazing collection of highly prized Mata Ortiz pottery (from the tiny artists’ village of Mata Ortiz in Chihuahua, Mexico) and has tried her hand at hand-coiled pottery.
Let Meg help you focus on the next step of your career with Caiman Consulting and add your creative imagination to her collection of great success stories with Caiman and our many clients.

Sophia Stead
Senior Manager
Sophia is a Caiman Senior Manager and native of Seattle. For the past two and a half decades she has enjoyed a career of business development and consulting in Boston, New York, Silicon Valley, Colorado, Utah, and the Pacific Northwest. She has worked extensively with Global 1000 companies with a particular consulting focus on program management, readiness planning, and customer care.
From her early years of teaming on the baseball fields to numerous academic, vocational, and professional endeavors, Sophia has developed a particular specialty in identifying the intention of a strategic goal and connecting the right people at the right time to achieve high level results. We admire this trait immensely.
Sophia is a respected business professional but has found balance as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Somato-Emotional Release and ZenTherapy. She lives in Seattle with her lovely family, some of whom meow and/or bark, and they enjoy hiking, swimming, reading, and anything that promotes creativity and laughter. Sophia sits on the School Commission at St. Alphonsus Parish School in Ballard, WA.

Brian Hart
Senior Manager
Brian is a Senior Manager with Caiman and has been a part of the firm for over six years. He has played a variety of consulting roles over the last decade, developing deep experience in relationship marketing, business development, and change management. Prior to joining Caiman he spent time consulting throughout the Pacific Northwest at Hitachi Consulting and Arthur Andersen. Brian is a Notre Dame alumni and therefore a long-suffering Fighting Irish fan still hoping for that next football national championship. If you’ve read Greg Long’s bio you’ll likely understand how he has contributed to Brian’s suffering…in a good-natured way, of course.
We all admire Brian for his professional acumen but he is also valuable to Caiman because he knows how to grow wheat and, we assume, other types of plants. We’re not sure when we’ll need to leverage these skills but it is always best to have this type of diverse talent on your team. Yes, our resident farm boy from Eastern Washington is truly the salt of the earth and is at home on a tractor, in a board room, and even on stage wowing hordes of admirers with his mad keytar (or piano) skills. If that isn’t enough, Brian is an avid amateur photographer. He and his wife live in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood with their two young daughters.

Cecil Brooks
Senior Manager
Cecil has nearly two decades of technology and consulting experience and currently leads Caiman’s Public Sector practice. As a twelve year veteran of Microsoft, he developed significant expertise in managing the deployment of technology and solutions within Microsoft and to its customers. He has built a reputation as a Business and Technology Strategist focused on identifying and solving complex operational solutions that lead to business and financial optimization and results.
Music is a big deal to Cecil, who has been playing the saxophone and singing for the past 28 years. We were in awe of his stamina but thought it best to get him to stop it at work as it is hard to get much done when everyone is dancing. We jest! Cecil is also an avid motorcycle rider and loves taking extended camping adventures with his wife and kids. They are Washington State residents and inform us that, given their love of riding and camping excursions, it feels great to keep their feet planted right here. We concur.

Ross Cook
Senior Manager
Ross is an exceptional business consulting professional with over 9 years of experience working on projects in CRM, business intelligence, and change management with organizations such as Microsoft, T-Mobile, and Food Services of America. As a member of Caiman's leadership team, he recently headed up an initiative to implement our new CRM system which is already helping drive sales growth. Much to the envy of his colleagues (the good natured kind, of course) his projects have led him around the world to places such as Germany, Australia, China, Japan and India.
Ross is a Pacific Northwest native, growing up in Gig Harbor, WA, and graduated from Washington State University. When not traipsing around the world (and rubbing his colleagues' noses in it), he is an active tennis player and runner. His tennis team placed 2nd at the USTA national tournament in 2004 and he recently participated in a Ragnar relay, where he managed not to trip on anything during the nighttime leg of the race. Ross is a member of the Washington State University Alumni Association.

Raj Patra
Senior Consultant
Raj is a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in business and technology related projects. He has proven success in numerous roles in product launch, design definition and review, technical project management, R&D management, and business process development. He has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and operations of mission-critical enterprise information systems. He has worked in online services, software development, search technology, travel services, and IT infrastructure. Whew!
Raj is a very collaborative colleague and is happy to share his experience because teaching just comes naturally to him. You may have noticed in his pictures but he is the real deal when it comes to yoga and he owns and operates a studio with his wife. A lifelong practitioner of the art, Raj also loves to play and teach classical Indian percussion to select students and it is refreshing to note that he isn’t above a foray into bluegrass or underground-electronica from time to time, just to mix things up. And speaking of mixing, Raj enjoys a nice cocktail in exotic locations, ranging from Cape Town, to Mexico, and even to the top of a mountain he just climbed! If you’re looking for a well-rounded consultant with a great track record, Raj is a fantastic example of what you’ll get when you contact Caiman!

James O'Donnell
Senior Consultant
James is an experienced consultant with expertise in project and product management for online solutions and marketing endeavors and training. He has been with Caiman since October of 2008. We were very proud of James when he landed our first project in the Silicon Valley - so proud, in fact, that we’ve granted him the honorary title of “Vice President of Northern California Operations”. So far he hasn’t let it go to his head and his colleagues all agree that, in addition to being an extremely effective consultant, he is a brilliant teammate.
That shouldn’t really come as a surprise given that James is very active with team sports - particularly soccer and hockey. James is a near-rabid fan of the Seattle Sounders but we’ve no idea how he picked up hockey since he grew up in a Louisiana swamp. We suspect that he has a singular appreciation for ice. When not in “competition mode” James enjoys more cerebral hobbies like fossil hunting, designing board games, and programming Flash applications. Really, we’re not making that last one up. Contact us and you can ask him yourself!

Chris Bradbury
Senior Manager
Chris is the senior-most Senior Manager on the team and he has finally come to grips with the fact that he is no longer the tallest. He is focused on the Business Consulting practice; delivering advisory services, business development, and internal initiatives. Chris has over ten years of experience in fast-paced, high-tech companies, having served in a variety of roles including product developer, project manager, business manager, team leader and senior manager. He is a big picture thinker who is very detail-oriented. He will learn clients’ business and focus on key problems or initiatives, thus enabling them to focus on other areas. He is a sounding board and trusted advisor who will act in your best interest and provide you with insights to manage and improve your business.
A Seattle native, Chris earned degrees from Seattle University and spent several years designing improbably small semiconductors for local companies. He earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. A little-known fact about Chris is that he only attended schools whose colors were red and white OR blue and white, alternating between the two color schemes. He’s just that <ahem> “organized” and uses this type of power only for good. Your good. When not having fun organizing his sock drawer, Chris is an avid golfer, snow skier and pickleball player.

Chad Fischer
Director
Chad Fischer is a Director at Caiman. Before joining us, he spent several years with Accenture, where he consulted primarily at Microsoft and AT&T. He has built and led large teams on consulting and outsourcing engagements and has expertise in business consulting, sales and marketing, operations, and kitchen sinks. Truly, Chad has done it all. Over his career he has developed experience in post-merger integration, supply chain transformation, channel development, and organizational design. When not doing those types of things, he likes to dabble in working with retail channels, developing emerging channels, and launching new products.
Chad received his MBA and maintains close ties to the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, where he sits on the Employer Advisor Board. There he helps create connections between companies hiring Foster graduates and the administration, faculty, and placement office. He has also been involved in the Washington Technology Industry Association. Outside of work, Chad is a family man and a sports fanatic. He and his wife have three kids and you can often find them outside of Husky Stadium tailgating before games. If you ever bump into Chad on an autumn Saturday, don’t be surprised if the first thing he says to you is “Go Dawgs!”.

John Phee
Director
John Phee is a Director at Caiman. He brings fourteen years of senior-level consulting experience (the majority of them with A.T. Kearney) where he led strategy and transformation engagements across consumer, retail, high-tech, and transportation industries. John’s specialties include strategy, IT Strategy, customer service, program management, and e-business. Besides business development and engagement leadership, John has a passion for building practices and consulting firm capabilities. He has developed award-winning intellectual capital, published whitepapers, trained over two hundred consultants, and frequently provides media outlets with his perspectives on the latest business trends.
John is a former NCAA Division I athlete who, despite far too many weekend sports injuries, has not quite learned to funnel his competitive nature into less harmful activities. A longboard surfer from Southern California, he has recently migrated to Washington State (by way of Texas!) and is now more of a snowboarder. While John is very enthusiastic about taking up many of the vast array of outdoor activities available here in the Pacific Northwest, his wife (who counts administering ice packs and other forms of first aid as one of her “hobbies”) seems slightly less thrilled and keeps encouraging him to take up lawn bowling.
John and his patient wife Karma have two daughters – both of whom are student-athletes at the college and high school levels. John is an active member of West Point’s alumni association, a mentor for Claremont Graduate University MBA candidates, and has been a weekly volleyball columnist for the local newspaper’s sports section. John and Karma enjoy sports, golf, movies, and alternative rock concerts – having seen the Cure, Depeche Mode, Green Day, Coldplay, and the Killers within the past few years!
