Caiman Consulting is pleased to be part of the University of Washington’s 2013 Minority Business of the Year Awards. The event is organized and led by the UW Foster Consulting and Business Development Center and recognizes outstanding achievement by people of color in building and sustaining businesses in Washington State.

One of the greatest outcomes of this program is that all of our support enables the Consulting and Business Development Center to provide scholarships for underrepresented minority students at the UW Foster School of Business. Some of our very own Caiman Consultants directly benefited from these scholarships during their time at UW.

On Thursday, December 5th, nine members of the Caiman Consulting team attended the awards dinner, met with other industry leaders, and spoke with current students enrolled in programs at UW that are benefiting from this philanthropic effort.

Caiman Consulting CEO, Raazi Imam, was in attendance and summarized the event saying, “This is our second year supporting the Business Development Center and participating in the Awards dinner. As a Puget Sound based minority business, we are excited to continue to show our support for this organization. We recognize the value of the program first hand. Not only does it actively promote diversity in the community, but as an organization we have personally benefitted from having members of our team go through the program and become accomplished management consultants.”
