Caiman Announces New Senior Leadership Hire

Caiman Consulting is happy to announce the hiring of Chad Fischer, who joins the company as a Director. Fischer, a former Senior Manager with Accenture, starts his Caiman tenure on Monday, November 7.

“We are excited to bring Chad on board,” says Caiman Consulting Managing Director Raazi Imam. “He brings a wealth of experience to the role, and we look forward to his work in business development, practice management, and leadership.”

Fischer, a native of Western Massachusetts, is a graduate of Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, and has a master’s degree in business administration from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington in Seattle. He comes to Caiman after seven years with Accenture, where he was most recently a Senior Manager for the firm’s Microsoft account. Prior to Accenture, Fischer worked for Procter & Gamble in various roles.

“I look forward to joining the Caiman team,” notes Fischer. “I have been impressed with Caiman’s work and I am eager to help contribute to Caiman’s success in the future.”

“Chad’s a great hire for us,” comments Caiman Consulting Director Greg Long. “He’ll be instrumental in growing Caiman Consulting’s business in the coming years, both building relationships within our existing major accounts and driving new business outside our core client base.”

Fischer is a member of the Employer Advisory Board at the Foster School of Business. He is husband to wife Becky, and father to children Corinne, Will, and Matt. Outside of work and family time, he plays golf and (enthusiastically) follows UW Husky sports.
