John Phee is Caiman Consulting’s Newest Executive Hire

Caiman has added a new Director focused on pursuing growth opportunities and building their long-term business strategy. John Phee is his name - and he's bringing his Texas swagger to the Caiman senior leadership team beginning on December 5th.

“We're ecstatic about getting John,” enthused Caiman director Greg Long. “He has a wealth of experience in the consulting industry and he knows what it means to partner with our clients for lasting success.”

Phee originally hails from southern California but has made his home for many years in Dallas, where he was a strategic consulting leader for A.T. Kearney and IBM. His impressive body of work covers the full spectrum of our industry: client work delivery, consultant mentoring and development, developing intellectual property, and strategic leadership of consulting engagements.

Caiman Managing Director Raazi Imam worked hard to convince John that Caiman (and Seattle) was the right home for him. "When we met John and realized what a singular talent he was - we knew we had to do whatever it takes to get him on the team."

For his part, Phee is excited to move his family up to Seattle and get to work in helping Caiman realize its full potential as a consulting firm. He said, "Caiman has everything I was looking for - a smart, committed leadership team and a corporate culture focused on both delivering value to clients and helping consultants reach their career goals."

Phee, a former Army officer has a bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Claremont Graduate University. He and his wife Karma have two daughters and are looking forward to exploring the Pacific Northwest.
